Founders

Rabia Bouchiba has directed, produced and worked on dramas, documentaries, music videos and corporate films in the Netherlands, UK, and the Middle East and. She is fluent in Arabic, English and Dutch.

She graduated in 1994 from the National Television and Film school, Amsterdam. Rabia worked for several national TV channels in the Netherlands; here she produced weekly documentaries with a focus on social impact and change.

Rabia has been living in the UK since In 2002, and has continued to work on independent films.

Tom Swanston

Tom is an award-winning screenwriter and producer with over 20 years experience in the creation and distribution of features, series, documentaries and short films. He has won awards at festivals in New York and Cannes, and has provided productions and services to major international broadcasters such as BBC, Amazon, HBO, Netflix and MTV.

Tom was a writer/producer on 'Breaking the Bank' starring multi-Emmy and Golden Globe winner Kelsey Grammer. The film was released by Universal Studios and nominated for BEST COMEDY at the National Film Awards 2017. Tom produced the documentary 'Eddie - Strongman', and was a writer on 'Seve: the movie': both were sold to Netflix.
